The Interior Manager acts as an Owner’s Representative who is in charge of the vessel interior set-up and maintenance, ranging from tableware to linen to decorative accessories. The Interior Manager is also in charge of the recruitment and training of the interior crew. Imperial conducts monthly inspections, checks the cleanliness, the good order and the overall running of the vessel’s interior. Imperial’s presence on the vessel is extremely evident, as every single detail is closely scrutinised. In addition to frequent visits, we are constantly monitoring the progress of inventory input and interior procedures.
At Imperial, we pride ourselves on our excellent knowledge of the superyacht interiors we manage. We know their layout by heart. As well as the equipment, the contractors who have built the interior, the suppliers that have been used for the fixtures and fittings, and the names of the luxury brands and collections of tableware, linen and accessories.
At Imperial, the Interior Department understands and anticipates the owner’s expectations and requests, from table settings to flower arrangements, to create an elegant ambiance on-board the vessel. The wide-ranging experience brings confidence in simply knowing what works and what doesn’t. The Interior Department are experts at bringing the wow factor to superyachts, whether that be a themed soiree, or helping the owner select exclusive wines. We know that small details help create a magical setting.
